We are delighted to welcome you to a large, typical northern bourgeois house dating from 1890, built in red brick with blue wood panelling, which we have fallen in love with. The house is located in the heart of the Audomarois region of Saint-Omer, a 10-minute walk from the town centre and station and at the foot of the marshes. Nearby you'll find shops, restaurants, bars, cinema, museums, theatre, water sports centre, golf course, etc.
Villa Marguerite offers 2 guest rooms. All rooms are decorated in a restful, charming style. The Chambre Grise, overlooking the garden, is on the second floor. It has its own bathroom with walk-in shower, television, desk, etc. The White Room, with a view over the roofs of Saint-Omer, is on the second floor. It has its own bathroom with walk-in shower, desk... A hearty breakfast is served every morning between 7am and 9am in the dining room, or on the terrace when the weather is fine. It includes a hot drink, homemade jam, egg, croissant, homemade yoghurt, pastries, etc.
As soon as the sun shines, discover the garden or sit by the pond to read a good novel while sipping a drink. You'll come across Indian runners, geese, moorhens, frogs and, with a bit of luck, kingfishers...
We offer a Table d'Hôtes dinner, some evenings by prior arrangement. Our cuisine reflects the spirit of the place, the seasons and the region. Free parking in front of the villa. Bikes and motorbikes can be sheltered in the garden. We are at your disposal every day from 7am to 10am and from 5pm to 10pm, whether you are on a business trip or on a weekend break, to share with you our love of this region with its exceptional heritage.
